To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be returned within 30 days of delivery
• Product should be in original packaging when possible
• Opened products may be subject to a restocking fee
• You must contact us before returning to receive a return authorization

Contact us at help@brozelonnrax.world with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a return authorization number. Returns sent without authorization may not be processed.

Once we receive your return and verify eligibility, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

If you wish to exchange a product, please indicate this when contacting us. We will guide you through the exchange process.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
